Lydia E. Hsu

Lydia is a Certified Family Law Specialist* and Mediator**. She has spent her entire legal career exclusively practicing family law. Lydia has experience in all aspects of family law matters, including Prenuptial, Postnuptial and Transmutation Agreements; child custody and visitation; child and spousal support; property identification, characterization, valuation and division; reimbursement claims; domestic violence issues; adoptions and guardianship.

She is passionate about providing counsel that is empathetic and pragmatic and ensuring that her clients are educated of all their options. She works closely with her clients to achieve the best possible result for them and their family - whether through mediation or other alternative dispute resolution or through litigation.

Lydia speaks English and Mandarin Chinese.
